Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Lead code reviews, ensure code quality, and establish best practices for software development.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting technical interviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
