Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on best practices, including unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex bugs.
- Participate in architectural discussions to drive technical decisions and system improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React.js or Vue.js and Node.js/Express.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
