Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-availability backend services and frontend user interfaces.
- Night Shift Operations: Manage critical system maintenance and deployment activities during off-peak hours to ensure zero downtime for our clients.
- Code Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous code reviews, write unit tests, and enforce coding standards across the engineering team.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex production issues and optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (Frontend), and Node.js/Express (Backend).
- Database Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Redis or NoSQL.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts as required by business needs.
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
