Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead technical design sessions and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure security and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the remote team.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for seamless deployments.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from backlog grooming to post-launch monitoring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on React and Node.js.
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining strong collaboration.
