Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and debug complex issues to ensure system stability.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to enhance user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the remote team.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote work environment with strong self-discipline and communication skills.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
