Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning architectural strategies with long-term business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI systems, focusing on Generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing interfaces) into existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex future concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept (PoC) testing for disruptive technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
