- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent company vision at global innovation conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental best practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals preferred
