- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio allocation for emerging technology incubation
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and quantum applications
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and global tech policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Executive presence with experience briefing C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, causal layered analysis)
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
