- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author whitepapers on emerging paradigms in human-machine collaboration
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into 18-month roadmaps
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions with validated outcomes
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
