Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and academic symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubation program
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startup investments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Strong public speaking skills with previous keynote experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning software)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
