Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts relevant to 2026+ landscapes
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Deliver executive workshops on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate adaptation
- Author thought leadership reports positioning organizations as industry pioneers
- Quantify future market impacts through predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Economics, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in strategic forespace publications
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational change initiatives
