Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technology and societal trends for 2026+ horizon
- Develop robust scenario models and roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and next-gen AI integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with future market disruptions
- Present compelling foresight insights to stakeholders through interactive workshops and visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical shifts to anticipate disruptive opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with data-driven foresight tools and predictive modeling techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable business impact
- Global mindset with experience analyzing cross-cultural and geopolitical trends
