Responsibilities
- Develop and institutionalize a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead high-stakes scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 partners to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author seminal whitepapers on quantum computing adoption and bio-digital convergence
- Chair the Global Futures Council, interfacing with UN agencies and academic institutions
- Architect Horizon's 'Innovation Sandbox' incubator for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like Delphi panels and causal layered analysis
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and premier industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of forecasting technological disruptions with 85%+ accuracy
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or major media outlets
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate resilience modeling, and neuro-interface technologies
- Exceptional proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Deep network in DARPA, MIT Media Lab, and World Economic Forum circles
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (AC/SCF) preferred
