Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research teams to identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends
- Develop proprietary forecasting models using AI-driven analytics and scenario-planning frameworks
- Deliver executive presentations translating complex foresight data into strategic business recommendations
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers for industry conferences
- Maintain proprietary trend database and horizon scanning protocols
- Advise executive stakeholders on long-term strategic implications of disruptive forces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (R, Python)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy publications
- Experience presenting at global foresight conferences (WFSF, APF)
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
