- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through visionary proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published author or speaker at 3+ global tech conferences
- Expertise in scenario planning with quantifiable impact metrics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020-2025 trend predictions
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
