Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal shifts through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios across AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Present future trend analyses to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Design innovation workshops for cross-functional teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential change and competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D to validate future concepts through rapid prototyping
- Maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts for continuous intelligence gathering
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant field
