Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and market disruption
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects from ideation to prototype validation
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a team of innovation specialists and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies

- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in technology, foresight, or relevant field
