Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and future readiness
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on emerging technologies and societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-oriented products and services
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate futures thinking into corporate innovation pipelines and R&D roadmaps
- Present findings to boards and investors to influence long-term capital allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional skills in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Experience designing and delivering executive-level foresight programs
- Strong network within tech, policy, and academic futurist communities
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
