You'll partner with C-suite executives to develop forward-looking roadmaps, identify emerging trends, and translate future possibilities into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for long-term planning
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Present trend analyses and scenario-planning insights to executive stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on future scenarios and innovation opportunities
- Produce foresight reports and white papers to guide organizational decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation (strong plus)
