Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend forecasting for 2026+ market dynamics
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with global teams
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and risk assessments
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging tech investments with future needs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives bridging innovation and business strategy
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic pivots
- Develop proprietary methodologies for future-state analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
