Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital ecosystems
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026-2030
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Design and facilitate workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership pieces published in industry journals and conferences
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners and innovation scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex futures
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work in futurist publications (e.g., Futures, Foresight Journal)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, APF)
