Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 10+ emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product development pipelines
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with 50+ stakeholders to synthesize insights
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with predictive modeling and impact assessments
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using proprietary AI tools
- Represent Horizon Labs at 3+ global innovation conferences annually
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ strategic implementations
