Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients in fintech, biotech, and smart infrastructure sectors
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies and AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D partners and academic institutions
- Present findings to investment committees and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, scenario modeling)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5+ year strategic horizons
- Demonstrated success in translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Strong network with futurist communities and academic research institutions
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF preferred)
