Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative research methods
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of domain experts and innovation partners

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
