Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on emerging technologies and competitive landscapes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough solutions
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor junior futurists and build a high-impact foresight team
- Represent InnovateHorizons at global conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in matrix organizations
