Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks focused on 2026 market evolution
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across global markets
- Identify emerging technological, economic, and social disruptors through primary research
- Design and validate innovation pipelines aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry panels
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-level strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Experience publishing thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Track record of translating future insights into actionable business initiatives
