Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough opportunities aligning with 2026 market projections
- Design and implement innovation incubators for emerging technologies with 5-10 year adoption horizons
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation strategies for disruptive scenarios
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends impacting 2026 landscapes
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels
