Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies for 2026 implementation
- Develop comprehensive scenario analyses for global market disruptions in AI, biotech, and renewable energy
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, nanotechnology, and climate adaptation solutions
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions with pilot programs in smart cities and sustainable agriculture
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Nature and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Prior experience with quantum computing, climate tech, or AI governance policy development
- Exceptional data visualization skills using advanced tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
