Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and scale emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify first-mover opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis, system dynamics)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and exponential technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
