Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance generative AI architectures focusing on LLMs, diffusion models, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Optimize Inference & Latency: Engineer efficient model serving pipelines using quantization, pruning, and tensor parallelism to ensure real-time performance.
- Research & Development: Pioneering novel techniques in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multimodal fusion for 2026 readiness.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous testing frameworks and metrics to ensure safety, fairness, and accuracy of AI outputs.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Deep Learning: 5+ years of experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, specifically in training and fine-tuning large language models.
