Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system outages
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and hybrid IT environments
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct technology training sessions
- Analyze system performance metrics and optimize IT operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITIL frameworks
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python) for automation
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
