About The Role:
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver solutions that redefine user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and feature stores.
- Conduct research into new algorithms and methodologies to improve system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Deploy models to production environments using containerization and orchestration tools.
- Monitor model performance and iterate on solutions based on real-time feedback.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
