Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems, servers, and network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Execute system backups, security patches, and maintenance windows during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams using JIRA, ServiceNow, and Slack for incident resolution
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for continuous improvement
- Participate in disaster recovery testing and infrastructure optimization projects
- Mentor junior technicians during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with 2+ years in night shift operations
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware virtualization
- CompTIA Security+ and/or CCNA certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex network issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or SolarWinds
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
