Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to launch.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed UI specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design.
- Proven track record of designing user-centric products for B2B or B2C markets.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and process documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
