Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for mobile and web products using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for complex features
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product design experience with portfolio demonstrating mobile/web work
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience with agile development cycles and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- BA/BFA in Design or related field
- Portfolio required with case studies showing problem-solving process
