Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Establish and maintain design systems and UI components
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize design performance
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours and self-management
- Background in B2B SaaS or fintech design preferred
- Master's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
