Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research & usability testing via remote sessions
- Create design systems & component libraries for scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams via Slack/Jira
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through virtual workshops
- Stay current with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Qualifications
- 5+ years UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS
- Portfolio demonstrating complex design systems
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with remote user testing tools (UserTesting, Maze)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Design/HCI or equivalent experience
