Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for complex SaaS platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create design systems, prototypes, and interactive specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
- Analyze user behavior metrics to iterate on product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
