Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and vision for enterprise SaaS platform
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams through full product lifecycle
- Conduct user research and data analysis to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers on intuitive interface solutions
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior product managers and drive best practices
- Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record launching enterprise software products
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred
