Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy fault-tolerant quantum circuits for high-value commercial applications.
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize complex data processing pipelines.
- Lead research into advanced error correction codes and qubit coherence strategies.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineering teams to improve physical layer performance and integration.
- Mentor a team of quantum software engineers and define technical best practices.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of professional experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems theory.
- Experience deploying applications on cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Google Quantum AI).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD).
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
