Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate real-time chat communications across multiple platforms (social media, forums, live streams)
- Enforce community guidelines with precision while maintaining positive user experiences

- Train junior moderators and develop advanced moderation protocols

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional chat moderation or community management experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with flawless grammar and tone
- Proficiency in moderation tools (e.g., ModSquad, Talkdesk, ModCase)
- Deep understanding of social media platform policies and digital safety standards
- Ability to make rapid decisions in high-pressure situations
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition capabilities
