Responsibilities

- Enforce community guidelines with precision and cultural sensitivity
- Escalate complex issues to senior moderators and legal teams
- Analyze chat patterns to improve user experience and safety protocols
- Train new moderators on platform-specific moderation tools
- Document incidents and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance moderation features
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional chat moderation experience
- Proven ability to de-escalate conflicts in high-stress digital environments
- Familiarity with AI moderation tools (e.g., ModSquad, Talkwalker)
- Excellent written communication in English and Spanish
- Strong knowledge of social media platform policies (TikTok, Discord, Twitch)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Background in psychology or sociology preferred
- Must reside in Santa Ana, CA area
