Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional chat moderation or community management experience
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with moderation tools (ModSquad, Modibot, or similar)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in high-volume, real-time communication environments
- Knowledge of digital safety regulations and content moderation frameworks
