- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated client issues
- Analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through personalized engagement
- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer success or account management (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of reducing churn and expanding accounts
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
