Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and upsell targets
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Data analysis experience with tools like Tableau or Looker
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
