Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized success plans for high-value enterprise clients
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Act as primary client liaison for escalations and strategic initiatives
- Analyze usage data to deliver actionable insights and drive adoption
- Collaborate with product teams to influence feature roadmap based on client feedback

- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success/account management
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
