Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive customer success strategies to drive retention and expansion revenue
- Act as primary point of contact for high-value enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Analyze customer usage patterns to identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap
- Create and maintain detailed success plans and health score metrics
- Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic account planning sessions

Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B customer success or account management with SaaS experience
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets

- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
