Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve technical issues using internal knowledge bases and troubleshooting protocols
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and implement solutions
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in remote or hybrid environments
