- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer-centric solutions
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolution protocols
- Analyze support metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Train new team members on support systems and best practices
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in SaaS/tech industry
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding SLA targets
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
