Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Coding: Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract data and automate reporting workflows.
- Strategic Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business trends and provide data-driven recommendations to drive growth.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and propose technical solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages. Experience with data visualization tools is required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights for non-technical teams.
